These Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions under which Media House LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") will provide mobile messaging services to you ("User," "You," or "Your"). By opting in to receive messages from Media House LLC, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Opt-In Consent and Subscription

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive messages from Media House LLC, you consent to receiving recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from the Company. 8. Amendments

Media House LLC reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website or sending you a notification. Your continued use of the messaging services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Media House LLC is registered.
