Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

These Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions under which Media House LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") will provide mobile messaging services to you ("User," "You," or "Your"). By opting in to receive messages from Media House LLC, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Opt-In Consent and Subscription
By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive messages from Media House LLC, you consent to receiving recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from the Company. You understand that these messages may include marketing content, updates, alerts, and other related information.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary, and you acknowledge and agree that you may receive multiple messages in a week. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service provider. You are solely responsible for any fees or charges associated with your mobile plan.
3. Opt-Out Procedure
If at any time you wish to stop receiving messages from Media House LLC, you can text "STOP" to 385-549-0553 or follow the opt-out instructions provided in the messages you receive. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from Media House LLC, except for transactional or service-related communications.
4. Privacy and Data Usage
Media House LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Your mobile number and other personal data provided for the purpose of receiving messages will be used solely for this purpose and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
5. Message Content
Media House LLC will send messages that may include promotional content, updates, alerts, and other related information. The content of these messages is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. You agree that Media House LLC is not liable for any reliance on the content of these messages.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
Media House LLC provides its mobile messaging services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the messages sent. You agree that your use of the messaging services is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Media House LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of its mobile messaging services.
8. Amendments
Media House LLC reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website or sending you a notification. Your continued use of the messaging services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Media House LLC is registered.
