Cancellation Policy

At Media House, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our valued clients and our team, while also reflecting the time and resources invested in providing exceptional real estate photography services. Please read and familiarize yourself with the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled photography session. This allows us to adjust our schedule and allocate resources appropriately. 2. Cancellation Charges: Cancellation 24 hours or more before the session: No cancellation fee. We will refund your full payment or reschedule the session at no additional cost. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total session cost will be charged. 3. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their photography session with no additional charge if a request is made at least 24 hours prior to the original scheduled time. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session may incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total session cost. 4. Inclement Weather: In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, snowstorm), we understand that it might be necessary to reschedule the session. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time at no additional cost. 5. Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 14 business days from the cancellation date. The refund amount will be adjusted according to the cancellation policy stated above. 6. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution. 7. Changes by Media House: While we strive to honor all commitments, there may be instances where we need to cancel or reschedule a photography session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide you with a full refund or offer an alternative session date, whichever is preferred. We value your understanding of our cancellation policy. By booking a photography session with Media House, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
